At Walton Bathrooms we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the Walton Bathrooms products and services that you have directly requested from us.

Security of data
Walton Bathrooms Limited takes your privacy seriously and takes every reasonable measure and precaution to protect and secure your personal data. We work hard to protect you and your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction and have multiple layers of security in place.
Customer details are held on a password protected Microsoft Dynamics NAV system accessed through password protected PCs. Documents related to Services provided by Walton Bathrooms are securely held at Walton Bathrooms head office, Hersham, Surrey (Security & Alarm protected).
Access to personal data is restricted to those employees & partners that require it, in order to perform our requested and contracted service(s).
How long do we keep your data
Walton Bathrooms Limited retains personal information for only as long as is statutorily necessary and we have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations.
We are required under UK tax law to keep details of your delivery for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.

the individual has given consent for us to send Web based material, this would be obtained during ‘Sign-Up’ to our Website, as OPT-IN – no passwords or log-ins are collected
Walton Bathrooms do not undertake any Profiling or Regular & Systematic Monitoring of personal data.

the processing is necessary for a contract we have with the individual, or because they have asked us to take specific steps before entering into a contract (e.g. provide a quote).
Network and information security – we may process your data for the purposes of detecting and preventing unauthorised access to our systems and IT Infrastructure for identifying acts of criminal activity.
