Design Service

Our process begins with the design brief and pairs this with the space available and the technical challenges. We will either survey the property or, in the instance of a new build or extension, work from architect’s drawings to ascertain the space and constraints. We will work with the customer to compile a wish list and to help to assess the needs of the users, then combine the two to create initial proposals.

We work closely with our clients to form a partnership and push and pull until we get the right balance of style and functionality tailored to the available budget.

This is going to be YOUR bathroom. We will listen to what you want and need. We will then use our knowledge, design flair and expertise to present you with the available products, design solutions and possibilities. It is important that your bathroom not only works but that it works for you.

Our extensive experience and product knowledge ensures that we can identify and resolve issues with accessibility, sustainability and technicality so that the finished bathroom performs and all needs and aspirations are met.

As part of our design process, we use the latest Computer Aided Design technology to create 3D photorealistic images of the proposed bathroom. These are useful in helping our clients understand and visualise the newly planned space especially when the room configuration dramatically changes and works especially well when designing rooms from architects’ plans where the space is not yet built.

We do make a modest charge for our design services which reflects the time and expertise of our team however Walton Bathrooms will refund the design against an order for the designed bathroom.

Walton Bathrooms works closely with teams of installers who can fit your bathroom to the level of quality that our products demand.  Our partner installation teams are made up of experienced craftsmen who have worked alongside us for many years. These trustworthy and friendly teams have extensive experience working with care and attention in private homes. They offer a comprehensive service incorporating electrical work, plumbing, tiling and basic building works. As bathroom specialists they pull all the trades together under one umbrella and project manage the installation to run cohesively from start to finish. These teams are experienced with all our products and pay detailed attention to the setting out of your bathroom ensuring that the tiling works with the layout of the products.
 
Areas covered by our installation teams are Surrey, Berkshire, Middlesex, and London. 
For each full bathroom design we take a small charge to carry out the survey.

This fee is refundable if you proceed with Walton Bathrooms to supply, or supply and install the bathroom/s.
